Mortgage Advisor – Flexible, Lead‑Driven Role

About the role

We are seeking a Mortgage Advisor who values autonomy while benefiting from a strong support network. You will receive a steady flow of quality leads, modern technology, and personalised marketing to help you grow your own brand and client base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regulated mortgage and protection advice to clients.
• Utilise the network’s marketing, administrative and compliance services.
• Work with weekly leads generated from estate‑agency partners, online enquiries and other channels.
• Develop and promote your own trading style or brand with dedicated marketing expertise.
• Manage your own caseload and diary with full flexibility.

Required profile

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
• Proven experience delivering regulated mortgage advice.
• Ability to generate your own business opportunities or present a clear business plan.
• Comfort with using CRM or mortgage back‑office systems (desirable).
