Mortgage Advisor – High Earning Potential

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a fast‑growing, award‑winning team in Chelmsford. You will focus on converting warm leads into successful mortgage and protection deals while receiving full administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a steady flow of pre‑qualified leads provided by the front‑end sales team.
• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to a diverse client base.
• Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the back‑office team to ensure smooth paperwork and compliance.
• Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall branch performance.

Required profile

• Qualified and experienced mortgage advisor (minimum 2‑3 years in the field).
• Strong customer‑focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Own vehicle and a valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Mortgage and protection product knowledge.
• Ability to assess client financial situations and recommend suitable solutions.

What we offer

• Basic salary of £30,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £50‑80k+).
