Mortgage Advisor – High Performance Environment

About the role

Join a fast‑growing mortgage brokerage that delivers a high volume of premium leads each month. As a Mortgage Advisor you will work in a high‑performance environment with structured training and a clear pathway to Senior Adviser status.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mortgage advice to clients and guide them through the application process.
• Submit mortgage cases and manage them through to completion.
• Achieve personal lending targets, contributing to team volumes of £3 bn annually.
• Develop relationships with lenders and stay up‑to‑date with market products.
• Participate in weekly development sessions and ongoing training.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP qualification or equivalent.
• Target‑driven background with a proven record of meeting measurable performance goals.
• Experience handling customers in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to work under pressure.

• Self‑employed model with realistic OTE: Year 1 £75,000; Year 2 £100,000‑£200,000.
