Mortgage Advisor

About the role

Finlink Ltd is seeking a CeMAP‑qualified Mortgage Advisor to join its growing team in Romford. You will work with a strong internal referral network and warm enquiries, helping customers navigate one of their biggest financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mortgage and protection advice to customers.
• Recommend suitable mortgage solutions based on client circumstances.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal referral partners.
• Collaborate with estate agency teams to maximise opportunities.
• Manage warm enquiries, follow up proactively, and convert prospects into written business.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and customer service in a target‑driven environment.

Required profile

• Fully CeMAP qualified (CeMAP 1,2,3 or equivalent).
• Already providing mortgage advice beyond trainee level.
• Comfortable working to targets and motivated by earnings.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
