Mortgage Advisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, CeMAP‑qualified Mortgage Advisor to join our fast‑paced team in Leigh‑on‑Sea. You will work with a steady flow of high‑quality remortgage leads and existing client enquiries, delivering tailored mortgage and protection advice.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and service an allocated portfolio of existing clients.
• Handle 15–20 mortgage renewals per month, guiding clients through the remortgage process.
• Contact clients, complete fact‑findings and provide tailored mortgage and protection solutions.
• Work inbound leads from Google Ads, overflow cases and other sources.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and progress the sales pipeline.
• Liaise with case managers and internal teams to ensure smooth completions.
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the advice process.

Required profile

• Fully CeMAP qualified.
• Proven ability to thrive in a target‑driven, sales‑focused environment.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Effective appointment, fact‑find and case‑progression management.
• Motivated, proactive and commercially aware.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

What we offer

• £30,000 basic salary.
• 10% commission on existing client mortgage business.
