About the role

We are seeking a Mortgage Adviser to join a purpose‑driven brokerage in Bristol. You will work with clients from start to finish, supported by a collaborative team and quality leads.

Key responsibilities

• Provide whole‑of‑market mortgage advice to first‑time buyers, home movers and a broad client base.
• Manage client relationships end‑to‑end, focusing on long‑term relationships and repeat business.
• Generate business from existing contacts or introducers while also working with company‑provided leads.
• Collaborate with an in‑house protection specialist to maximise client outcomes and earnings.
• Use modern systems and CRM tools to reduce administrative friction.

Required profile

• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) and experienced as a Mortgage Adviser.
• Comfortable operating on a self‑employed basis.
• Ability to generate some business from existing networks (desirable).
• Experience using CRM systems within a mortgage advice firm.
