About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join a high‑performing team in Canvey Island. The role focuses on converting warm leads into mortgage and protection solutions while you concentrate on customer interaction and deal closure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a steady flow of warm leads supplied by the front‑end sales team.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to each client’s circumstances.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with administrative support to streamline the sales process.
• Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.

Required profile

• Qualified and experienced mortgage or protection advisor.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Own a vehicle and hold a valid driving licence.
• Motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently.

Required skills

What we offer

• Basic salary of £30,000 with realistic OTE of £50,000‑£60,000 in year 1 and £60,000‑£80,000+ in year 2.
• Hybrid working option (one day per week remote).
• Robust lead source and full administrative back‑up.
• Five‑day work week including Saturdays with a day off in lieu.
