About the role

Join Connells Group’s Liverpool branch as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor and help customers navigate the mortgage journey. You will work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment, delivering expert advice and an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues and generate new business referrals.
• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to meet customer needs.
• Guide customers through the entire mortgage process, from application to completion.
• Achieve performance targets while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
