About the role

Connells Group is seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join the Allen & Harris branch in Swindon. You will work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment, providing expert mortgage and protection advice while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with estate agency colleagues and generate new business referrals.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Guide customers through the entire mortgage process, from application to completion.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance targets.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
