About the role

We are seeking a motivated Mortgage Advisor to join a proactive, whole‑of‑market brokerage based in Worthing. You will receive a steady flow of leads, administrative support and the opportunity to develop your mortgage and protection advice skills in a friendly, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to new enquiries, book appointments and conduct fact‑finding sessions with clients.
• Assess affordability and present mortgage and financial planning recommendations, including life and protection products.
• Manage client interactions via phone and online meetings, and secure decisions in principle.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with FCA regulations.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualified with a proven track record in mortgage advice.
• Strong communication and client‑management experience.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage a personal workload.
• Team‑player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Required skills

• FCA compliance and regulatory knowledge.
• Proficiency with mortgage advisory IT systems and quick adaptation to new software.
