Mortgage Advisor – Remote/Hybrid with Uncapped Earnings

About the role

We are seeking experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisers to join The Openwork Partnership on a self‑employed basis. The role offers flexible remote or hybrid working, full administrative and compliance support, and the opportunity to build a profitable advisory business.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice based on each client’s circumstances.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and referral partners.
• Manage the full case lifecycle from enquiry to completion.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals and marketing activities.
• Ensure all advice complies with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) with proven mortgage and protection advisory experience.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Commercially minded and driven to grow a client portfolio.
• Self‑motivated, professional and customer‑focused.
• Good understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
