Mortgage Advisor – Rochester (Medway City Estate)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our Rochester (Medway City Estate) branch. The role offers quality estate agency leads, full administrative support and strong earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mortgage and protection advice to clients.
• Build strong customer relationships and maximise estate agency lead opportunities.
• Recommend suitable mortgage and protection products.
• Manage cases from enquiry through to completion while maintaining FCA compliance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Required profile

• CeMAP 1 (or equivalent) qualification.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Previous experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Mortgage and protection product knowledge.
• Case management from enquiry to completion.
