Mortgage and Protection Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join a fast‑growing, directly authorised mortgage firm. You will work with warm, high‑quality leads, providing expert advice on mortgage and protection solutions while being supported by a dedicated in‑house admin team.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on a full range of mortgage and protection products.
• Conduct thorough financial assessments and recommend tailored solutions.
• Manage the pipeline from enquiry to completion with full admin support.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders and insurers.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market regulations, FCA rules and product changes.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months experience as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser.
• Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of mortgage and protection products and FCA regulations.
• Confident communicator with a passion for customer service.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and works well both independently and as part of a team.

• CeMAP qualification.

• Basic salary £35,000‑£40,000 plus OTE up to £100,000+.
