Mortgage and Protection Advisor

About the role

Our client, an independent mortgage and protection brokerage, is looking for a Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join their Stanmore office. You will work with a steady flow of warm client leads, providing impartial, whole‑of‑market advice on residential, BTL, commercial, bridging and development finance mortgages, as well as protection products.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver independent mortgage advice across residential, BTL and commercial sectors.
• Advise clients on appropriate protection solutions linked to their mortgage needs.
• Manage the end‑to‑end mortgage process, from application to completion.
• Collaborate with the in‑house administration and compliance team to ensure smooth case progression.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in mortgage advisory or related financial services.
• Ability to work autonomously while leveraging support from the admin team.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder liaison.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality, impartial advice.
