Mortgage Broker Administrator

About the role

Join a specialist mortgage and protection brokerage in central London. The role supports advisers and clients with residential and buy‑to‑let mortgage administration, working three days a week on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Process and administer a high volume of residential and BTL mortgage applications.
• Record and maintain tasks using back‑office systems.
• Manage client files and postal activity (incoming and outgoing).
• Process new business submissions (online and post) and load relevant data onto the back‑office.
• Prepare and process Letters of Authority.
• Liaise with third‑party providers and paraplanners, gathering quotes, illustrations, fact sheets and order projections.
• Update advisers and clients on the progress of new business cases.
• Maintain all client policy data.

Required profile

• Strong organisational ability and capacity to meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive team player who can also work independently.
• Excellent communication skills for dealing with advisers, clients and providers.
