Mortgage Broker – Partner Advisor

About the role

The Mortgage Experts are seeking an experienced mortgage advisor to join as a Partner Advisor. You will run your own mortgage business using proven systems, compliance support and coaching while retaining full ownership of client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage a pipeline of mortgage applications, aiming for at least five completions per month.
• Maintain client relationships and nurture repeat business and referrals.
• Utilise the provided CRM and sourcing tools to track applications and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with the dedicated administration team to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Participate in bi‑weekly coaching sessions, in‑person events and one‑to‑one mentoring.

Required profile

• CeMAP‑qualified mortgage advisor with a proven track record of writing mortgage and protection business.
• Self‑motivated, able to manage your own pipeline and client relationships.
• Coachable and committed to building a structured, sustainable business.

Required skills

• CeMAP certification
• Experience using a client‑facing CRM
