Mortgage Broker - Partner Advisor

About the role

The Mortgage Experts are seeking an experienced mortgage advisor to join as a Partner Advisor. You will operate your own mortgage business under a proven system, retaining full ownership of client relationships while benefiting from extensive support and compliance frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Run an independent mortgage brokerage using the company’s Success Blueprint.
• Generate and close an average of five mortgage deals per month.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Manage the client pipeline from enquiry through to completion.
• Utilise the provided client‑facing CRM to track applications and enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with the dedicated administration team for seamless processing.

Required profile

• CeMAP‑qualified mortgage advisor with a proven track record of writing mortgage and protection business.
• Self‑motivated and able to manage your own pipeline and client relationships.
• Coachable and committed to building a structured, sustainable business.

Required skills

• CRM usage for client and application management.
