Mortgage Case Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Case Manager to join a specialist mortgage brokerage that focuses on self‑build, custom‑build, renovation and conversion finance. You will support customers throughout their mortgage journey, working within a collaborative and high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Package and progress mortgage applications from Decisions in Principle to mortgage offer.
• Assess cases and issue clear requirements to customers and Mortgage Advisers.
• Review financial documentation and supporting application materials.
• Package and submit fully reviewed, quality‑checked mortgage applications to lenders.
• Actively chase outstanding information to keep applications moving forward.

Required profile

• Previous experience in mortgage case management.
• Proven track record processing mortgage applications from DIP through to offer.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• CeMap certification (desirable but not essential).
