Mortgage Case Paraplanner – Full‑Time in Hebburn

About the role

We are seeking a Mortgage Case Paraplanner to join our busy central team in Hebburn. The role supports mortgage applications from initial enquiry through to the offer stage, working closely with clients, lenders, solicitors and advisers.

Key responsibilities

• Process and submit new mortgage applications.
• Handle inbound and outbound client calls.
• Liaise with lenders, solicitors and advisers.
• Book appointments for mortgage and protection reviews.
• Support mortgage applications through to the offer stage.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance standards.

Required profile

• Previous mortgage administration or financial services experience (preferred).
• Excellent telephone manner and client communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable with a rotating shift pattern.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
