Mortgage Distribution & Partnerships Manager

About the role

Enra Specialist Finance is seeking a Mortgage Distribution & Partnerships Manager to lead the development, management and optimisation of sourcing and distribution channels across its full suite of lending products. You will play a pivotal role in driving origination through strategic partnerships, technology integrations and enhanced market visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead relationships with sourcing, criteria and affordability platforms and negotiate favourable commercial terms.
• Monitor channel performance, placement share and ROI, reporting on visibility and market benchmarking.
• Oversee accuracy and competitiveness of product criteria on sourcing systems.
• Own and manage tech integration initiatives, including DIP APIs and pricing engines.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Compliance and IT to ensure smooth channel enablement.
• Work with Product Managers to assess distribution performance and optimise go‑to‑market strategy.

Required profile

• Strong commercial acumen with proven partnership management experience.
• Deep understanding of UK mortgage and specialist lending markets.
• Experience in mortgage distribution or intermediary partnerships.
• Proactive, results‑driven and highly collaborative communicator.

Required skills

• Familiarity with sourcing systems such as Twenty7tec, IRESS and Mortgage Brain.
• Experience with DIP APIs and pricing engine integrations.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to manage cross‑functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
