Mortgage Manager – Adviser Development & Performance

About the role

Finlink Ltd is seeking an experienced Mortgage Manager to lead the development and performance of Mortgage Advisers across its expanding branch network in South East England. This field‑based position focuses on onboarding, coaching, and driving commercial results while ensuring advisers meet the company’s competency framework.

Key responsibilities

• Support the onboarding and induction of new Mortgage Advisers.
• Coach existing advisers to improve productivity, confidence and customer outcomes.
• Develop and monitor individual development plans, conduct observations and performance reviews.
• Analyse KPIs, identify improvement areas and share best practices across branches.
• Collaborate with Area Mortgage Managers, training and compliance teams to align performance initiatives.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualified or holding an equivalent mortgage qualification.
• Proven experience in mortgage advice, adviser performance management or related coaching roles.
• Strong understanding of mortgage and protection products.
• Ability to build relationships in a target‑driven environment.
