Mortgage Paraplanner – High Volume & Complex Cases

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Mortgage Paraplanner / Mortgage Administrator to join a dynamic financial services firm in London. The role involves managing high‑volume, complex mortgage cases, including residential, buy‑to‑let, remortgages and overseas applications.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to-end mortgage case management from application to completion.
• Package and submit mortgage applications to lenders and providers.
• Manage residential, BTL, remortgage and complex cases.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, lenders, solicitors and estate agents.
• Proactively chase lenders, underwriters and third parties.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and manage pipeline.
• Handle compliance documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Track case progression, updates and completions.
• Process and track fees, commissions and payments.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a Mortgage Paraplanner or Mortgage Administrator.
• Proven ability to handle complex, high‑volume mortgage pipelines.
• Exposure to overseas or expat mortgage cases (highly desirable).
• CeMAP qualification (highly desired).
• Strong knowledge of FCA compliance, KYC and AML processes.
• Confident user of CRM systems, lender portals and sourcing platforms.
• Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
• Self‑starter capable of managing workload independently.
