Mortgage & Protection Adviser – Edinburgh

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our Edinburgh office. You will help clients navigate the home‑buying process while ensuring they have appropriate financial protection. This is a full‑time, office‑based position within the UK’s leading mortgage brokerage network.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their mortgage and protection needs.
• Provide honest, expert advice on a wide range of mortgage products and protection options.
• Guide customers through each stage of the home‑buying journey, making the process clear and manageable.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market developments, lender criteria and regulatory changes.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) – mandatory.
• Previous experience in mortgage advising.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine people‑focused approach.
• Organised, self‑motivated and able to manage your own workload.
