About the role
We are looking for a Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our Edinburgh office. You will help clients navigate mortgage and protection options, providing honest advice and support throughout the home‑buying process.
Key responsibilities
- Chat with clients to understand their mortgage and protection needs.
- Provide expert, honest advice on a wide range of mortgage products and protection options.
- Guide clients through the home‑buying journey, making the process clear and manageable.
- Stay up‑to‑date with market changes and lender criteria.
Required profile
- CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) – mandatory.
- Previous experience in mortgage advising.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine people‑focused approach.
- Organised, self‑motivated and able to manage your own workload.
