Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their mortgage and protection needs.

• Guide customers through each stage of the home‑buying journey.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market changes and lender criteria.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualified (or equivalent) – mandatory.
• Previous experience in mortgage advising.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine people‑focused approach.
• Organised, self‑motivated and able to manage your own workload.
