About the role

This self‑employed position is based in Milton Keynes and offers a fast‑track start with initial leads, comprehensive support, and a structured 90‑day plan. You will join Collective Financial Planning under The Openwork Partnership, delivering mortgage and protection advice while building your own client base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice that meets each client’s financial goals.
• Analyse clients’ financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage products.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Promote services through networking and marketing activities to expand the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the team to access leads, referral fees, and administrative support.

Required profile

• Qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser with a proven track record.
• Motivated to work independently while benefiting from team support.
• Desire to develop additional expertise in pensions, investments, commercial lending, wills, or equity release.
