Mortgage & Protection Adviser – Self‑Employed Role

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join our expanding Inspire Financial North East team in Sunderland. Operating on a self‑employed basis, you will receive mortgage and protection leads, benefit from a supportive advisory community, and have the freedom to build a long‑term client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice that meets each client’s needs.
• Manage the full client journey from initial enquiry through to completion.
• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with the wider Inspire Financial North East team and adhere to regulatory standards.

Required profile

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to grow an advisory business.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer outcomes and compliance.
