Mortgage & Protection Adviser – Specialist Brokerage

About the role

Join Click Mortgages, a fast‑growing FCA‑authorised specialist brokerage, as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser. You will work primarily over the phone, providing tailored mortgage and protection advice to clients with past credit challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality mortgage advice and protection sales to inbound leads.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the admin team to ensure smooth processing of applications.
• Identify creative solutions for clients with complex credit histories.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the firm’s growth plans.

Required profile

• CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) – essential.
• CAS status – preferred.
• Proven track record in mortgage sales.
• Strong relationship‑building and customer‑service skills.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset.
