Mortgage & Protection Advisor – Gosport

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our Fox & Sons branch in Gosport. You will work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment, providing expert mortgage and protection advice while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues.
• Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
• Provide mortgage and protection advice tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Guide customers through the entire mortgage process, from application to completion.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting performance targets.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
