Mortgage & Protection Advisor – Newcastle

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our Bridgfords branch in Newcastle upon Tyne. You will work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment, providing expert mortgage and protection advice while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with Estate Agency colleagues and generate new business referrals.
• Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to meet customer needs.
• Guide customers through the entire mortgage process from application to completion.
• Achieve performance targets while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Required profile

• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication, organisational and relationship‑building skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
