MOT Tester – Full‑time at Busy Car Dealership

About the role
We are seeking an MOT Tester to join a busy new and used car dealership in Guildford. This full‑time position offers a salary of £35,000 with OTE up to £41,000 and a Monday‑Friday schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA testing standards.
- Repair or replace defective parts and resolve identified faults.
- Maintain testing equipment and ensure tools are in good condition.
- Follow checklists to guarantee all procedures are completed correctly.
- Complete required documentation to the appropriate standard.
Required profile
- Full UK driving licence.
- Minimum one year of experience as an MOT Tester.
- Clean MOT record.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required skills

- Vehicle inspection.
