MOT Tester – Full‑time in Bognor Regis

About the role
We are seeking an experienced MOT Tester to join a busy independent automotive service centre in Bognor Regis. The role offers a supportive environment where quality workmanship and customer service are valued.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards.
- Perform vehicle inspections and health checks.
- Identify and report any defects or advisory work.
- Complete accurate MOT documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop.
- Support the workshop team as needed.
Required profile
- Qualified MOT Tester with a valid MOT licence.
- Previous MOT testing experience in a workshop setting.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- MOT testing procedures.
- Vehicle inspection techniques.
- Knowledge of DVSA standards.
What we offer
- Basic salary £36,000‑£38,000 per year, dependent on experience.
- Annual pay rise and bonus.
- 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
- Working hours 8:30‑17:30 Mon‑Fri, occasional Saturdays.
- Immediate start.
