MOT Tester – Full‑time, Patchway

About the role

We are looking for a qualified MOT Tester to join our busy service centre in Patchway. You will carry out Class 4 MOT tests, perform basic servicing and light repairs, and help keep the workshop running efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Class 4 MOT tests in line with DVSA standards.
• Perform thorough vehicle inspections and record results using workshop software.
• Identify defects, advise on necessary repairs and carry out authorised minor repairs.
• Maintain and calibrate MOT station equipment.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
• Support workshop productivity targets and contribute to team KPIs.

Required profile

• Valid DVSA MOT Tester licence (Class 4).
• Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician or MOT Tester.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
