MOT Tester – Watford

About the role

We are seeking an experienced MOT Tester to join a franchised dealer group in Watford, working with a well‑known sports brand. The role involves performing MOT tests on Class 4 vehicles, with occasional Saturday half‑day shifts (approximately one in four).

Key responsibilities

• Carry out MOT inspections for Class 4 (and optionally Class 7) vehicles in line with VOSA standards.
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate test results and any necessary advice to customers face‑to‑face.
• Maintain a clean and safe testing environment.

Required profile

• Valid VOSA Smart Card for Class 4 MOT testing (Class 7 is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle paperwork promptly.
• Good interpersonal skills for customer interaction.
