About the role

Join a fast‑growing, tech‑driven insurance business as a Motor Insurance Customer Care Agent. You will work with a friendly, inclusive team to help customers select the right motor cover and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer enquiries about motor insurance policies.
• Provide accurate advice, guide customers through the quoting and claims process, and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the company’s systems and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to share best practices and improve service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in motor insurance (call centre, broker or customer service).
• Strong communication and rapport‑building abilities.
• Positive, team‑first attitude with a drive to succeed.
• Commitment to fairness, transparency and high‑quality service.

Required skills

What we offer

• Salary £26,000‑£28,000 per year with a raise after 12 months.
• Monthly performance‑based bonus.
• Hybrid work model – 4 days onsite in Rainham, Fridays remote.
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with service.
