Motor Trade Insurance Advisor

About the role

This position is for a Motor Trade Insurance Advisor who will manage road‑risk insurance cases from enquiry through to placement. You will work within a commercial broking environment, supporting motor trade and other commercial clients with tailored insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage motor trade and road‑risk insurance cases from initial enquiry to final placement.
• Conduct detailed fact‑findings, assess client requirements and present accurate risk analyses.
• Negotiate terms with insurers and deliver appropriate commercial insurance solutions.
• Support retention and growth of a specialist insurance portfolio.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an insurance, broking or underwriting environment.
• Understanding of insurance principles, policy wording and placement processes.
• Experience within motor trade or commercial insurance is highly advantageous.

What we offer

• Salary £32,000–£37,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
