Motor Vehicle Lecturer

About the role
We are seeking a Motor Vehicle Lecturer to join a well‑established Cambridge centre of learning. You will deliver high‑quality teaching across Levels 1‑3 motor vehicle courses and support students in achieving their full potential.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons for motor vehicle programmes (Levels 1‑3).
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Support students' academic and personal development.
- Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement.
- Maintain a safe and professional workshop and learning environment.
Required profile
- Minimum Level 3 vocational qualification in the automotive industry.
- GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths.
- Substantial, recent, and relevant industrial experience with light motor vehicles.
- Ability to teach across Levels 1‑3.
- Willingness to work towards a teaching qualification (if not already held).
