About the role
The Solution Auto is seeking a qualified Motor Vehicle Technician to join its workshop team at a franchised dealership in Walton‑on‑Thames. The role involves servicing and repairing a wide range of motor vehicles in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine servicing and complex repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
- Communicate effectively with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
- Maintain clean and orderly workshop standards and accurate administrative records.
- Keep product knowledge up‑to‑date and apply it to daily tasks.
Required profile
- Qualified motor vehicle technician with a Level 3 qualification.
- Experience in a dealership or independent garage setting.
- Own tools and a full UK driving licence.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

What we offer
- Salary up to £34,000 basic, OTE £40,000 per year.
- Full‑time hours: Monday‑Friday 8:30 am‑5:00 pm, alternate Saturday mornings.
