Motor Vehicle Trainer – Full Training Provided

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Motor Vehicle Technician to transition into a full‑time trainer role. You will use your industry experience to teach apprentices the fundamentals of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics and best practice, helping them become industry‑ready technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training and support to apprentices across all levels (T1, T2, T3).
• Teach motor vehicle principles, diagnostics and industry best practice.
• Provide coaching, feedback and technical guidance to ensure learner progression.
• Maintain training records and assess apprentice performance.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 or IMI Level 3 in Motor Vehicle.
• Strong background as a Vehicle Technician or Master Technician.
• Passion for developing people and sharing knowledge.
• Ability to commute to Middleton (up to 1 hour travel).
