Motorbike Emergency Response Rider (Key Guard)

About the role
Join Banham Patent Locks Ltd as a Motorbike Emergency Response Rider, also known as a Key Guard. You will be the first on the scene when alarms are triggered, delivering rapid assistance, securing properties and even handling urgent deliveries such as passports for stressed travellers.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly to alarm activations and emergency calls across London.
- Secure client premises, investigate incidents and remain on‑site if required.
- Provide urgent deliveries, for example passports, to clients in need.
- Prepare clear written reports after each incident.
- Work rotating 12‑hour shifts, alternating weeks on and weeks off, covering both day and night periods.
Required profile
- Experienced, confident and reliable with a strong customer‑service mindset.
- Holder of a valid Class 2 motorbike licence (minimum one year for insurance purposes).
- Good knowledge of London roads and the challenges of riding in the city.
- Flexible, can‑do attitude and ability to work shift patterns.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office for report writing.
