Move Coordinator – Corporate Relocations

About the role

The Move Coordinator will oversee the end‑to‑end relocation of corporate clients' goods, ensuring smooth door‑to‑door service and high standards of customer care. Based in Basingstoke, you will work closely with internal teams, sister companies and external service suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the shipment of corporate clients' goods, from collection to delivery.
• Provide advice and support to corporate customers throughout the relocation process.
• Monitor consignment tracking worldwide and maintain communication with all parties.
• Manage complete door‑to‑door services in line with KPIs and contractual requirements.
• Liaise with agent networks, service suppliers and internal departments for operational needs.
• Handle financial and operational processes using a centralised system, ensuring rates and specifications are applied.
• Assist the Team Leader in developing account relationships and onboarding new departments.

Required profile

• Strong background in customer service, proactive and motivated.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain a professional telephone manner.
• Well‑presented, reliable, punctual and adaptable to varied tasks.
• Team‑player with a positive attitude.
