Move Manager - Government Contracts

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Move Manager to join the Government Contracts team of an iconic British relocation brand. You will act as the first point of contact for corporate customers, ensuring their shipments are handled smoothly and to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Manage door‑to‑door relocation services for corporate accounts, overseeing the complete shipment process.
• Provide proactive customer service in line with KPIs and contractual requirements.
• Liaise with the agent network and internal departments to coordinate operational needs.
• Maintain financial and operational records using the Navision system, ensuring rates and specifications are adhered to.
• Issue and collect post‑move reports (PMR) and support the processing of MAF and move initiations.
• Perform additional administrative duties as required.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and telephone etiquette.
• Proven ability to work under pressure, stay organised and meet deadlines.
• Adaptable team player with a proactive, optimistic attitude.
• Well‑presented, reliable and punctual.
