About the role
Freightserve is seeking a Move Manager to lead the handling, transportation and installation of fine-art and antique shipments for its specialist division. Based in Perivale, the role combines client liaison with end-to-end logistics for high-value items destined for global destinations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee global exports of fine-art and antiques by sea, air and road freight.
- Act as the primary client contact throughout the shipping process, managing key accounts.
- Coordinate with transporters, shipping lines and airlines to arrange safe transport.
- Prepare and manage all shipping documentation and invoicing.
- Maintain and update client records in the company’s internal system.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships.
Required profile
- Proven experience in art handling and fine-art logistics.
- Good knowledge of shipping processes and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
