Move Manager

About the role

The Move Manager will support the tenancy lifecycle, ensuring smooth tenant onboarding and documentation. This full‑time position is based at Pride Park, Derby and works closely with the property management team.

Key responsibilities

• Utilise the Propco System for workflows, mail merges, confirming tenancies and checking in tenants.
• Process and chase tenant references, liaising with Keysafe, employers and landlords as required.
• Raise invoices for initial monies and manage related financial documentation.
• Prepare tenancy agreements and dispatch them for electronic signature via Docusign.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Well presented, articulate and numerically confident.
• Strong telephone manner and ability to prioritise workload under pressure.
• Diplomatic approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
