MRB Coordinator

About the role

The MRB Coordinator will manage the Material Review Board process for HydraForce products, ensuring non‑conforming items are evaluated, documented, and dispositioned according to company specifications. This role works closely with multiple departments to maintain product quality and traceability.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and track in‑house MRB material across all processes.
• Interface daily with various departments to provide status updates and develop action plans for open MRB items.
• Facilitate MRB meetings and ensure timely disposition of items.
• Process dispositioned material following HydraForce procedures.
• Identify and recommend improvements to the MRB process and update related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of quantity, rejection reporting, and inventory for MRB items.
• Delegate actions, follow up to closure, and produce regular status reports.
• Adhere to clean‑up, housekeeping, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma; Associate’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Quality Inspector or in a similar inspection role within manufacturing.
• Ability to follow inspection processes and plans.
• Familiarity with quality control equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and height gauges.
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
• Experience with Minitab is preferred.
