MRO Training Co-ordinator – RAF Lossiemouth

About the role
We are looking for an MRO Training Co‑ordinator to join Boeing’s Fixed Wing MRO team at RAF Lossiemouth. The role supports P‑8A and E‑7 aircraft operations by creating, monitoring and managing training profiles in line with Military Airworthiness Authority (MAA) requirements and Boeing Defence UK policies.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain training records for operations personnel, ensuring all certifications remain valid.
- Coordinate external training providers and schedule training sessions as needed.
- Monitor compliance with MAA and internal training and authorisation manuals.
- Assist other Boeing departments with training‑related queries.
- Potentially deliver classroom teaching for relevant courses.
Required profile
- Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance (SC) and UK residency.
- Previous experience in training coordination or administration.
- Teaching qualification is desirable.
- Strong organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
Required skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with training management systems and databases.
