MS Teams Enterprise Voice Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice Consultant to join a remote project delivering a full‑scale Teams Voice migration. The role is hands‑on, supporting a customer as they move from a successful proof‑of‑concept to production deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice components.
• Work closely with the client to transition the solution from PoC to live environment.
• Deploy, test, and troubleshoot Teams Voice, including SBCs and media gateways.
• Provide technical guidance on AudioCodes SBCs, AudioCodes MediaPacks and Poly Lens device management.
• Assist with project delivery activities, testing cycles and knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice solutions.
• Hands‑on expertise with AudioCodes SBCs and MediaPacks.
• Familiarity with Poly Lens device management.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Teams Voice environments.
• Active SC clearance and British nationality (no dual citizenship).

What we offer

• Day rate of £470 (outside IR35) for a limited company.
• Fully remote work with flexible start date.
• Initial 2‑month contract with a possible 3‑month extension.
