MSK Physiotherapist – Horsham

About the role

We are seeking a Chartered MSK Physiotherapist to join our private clinic in Horsham. You will deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care to self‑pay and privately insured patients, guiding them from initial triage through to discharge.

Key responsibilities

• Triaging, assessing, diagnosing and treating a designated clinical caseload with autonomy and professional decision‑making.
• Adhering to Bodyset policies, procedures and clinical pathways to ensure consistent patient experience.
• Communicating effectively with clients, parents, carers and referring professionals while maintaining confidentiality.
• Providing advice on nutrition, exercise, equipment, sleep, stress management and overall wellbeing.
• Generating new business by leading corporate workshops and attracting returning and new clients.
• Maintaining accurate client documentation, records and statistical information in line with service level agreements.
• Continuously developing professional knowledge through CPD, conferences and events.
• Upholding the CSP Code of Professional Values and the HCPC Standards of conduct, performance and ethics.
• Supporting multidisciplinary team initiatives to improve clinic services.

Required profile

• BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree with full HCPC registration and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy membership.
• Ability to work autonomously while following Bodyset’s clinical pathways.
• Evidence of ongoing professional development and at least 1 + year post‑graduate clinical experience.
• Excellent organisational, time‑management, verbal and written communication skills.
