MSK Physiotherapist – Occupational Health (Crewe)

About the role

You will work full‑time onsite at an automobile manufacturing plant in Crewe, delivering musculoskeletal physiotherapy services to employees. The role combines hands‑on treatment, case management and ergonomic assessments to support health and wellbeing in the workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate assessment, diagnosis and treatment to employees both remotely and face‑to‑face.
• Identify and advise on workplace hazards contributing to musculoskeletal disorders.
• Conduct workplace assessments such as DSE and task‑based evaluations, offering practical recommendations.
• Maintain clinical objectivity and impartiality in line with occupational health guidance.
• Deliver evidence‑based rehabilitation adhering to national clinical standards.
• Use a biopsychosocial approach and functional assessment to inform work‑capacity recommendations.

Required profile

• Clinical physiotherapy qualification (HCPC registered).
• Knowledge of NICE guidelines, HCPC standards and CSP best practice.
• Right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
• Experience in musculoskeletal and occupational health physiotherapy.

What we offer

• Fixed‑term contract (16 months) with a salary up to £40,000 per annum.
• Full‑time schedule (37.5 h/week) Monday‑Friday, 08:30‑16:30.
