Multi Site Practice Manager – Maternity Cover

About the role

Rodericks Dental Partners is seeking a Multi‑Site Practice Manager on a maternity‑cover basis to oversee three dental practices in Oldham. You will lead a diverse team, ensure smooth daily operations, and maintain the high standards of patient care the group is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily running of three dental practices, ensuring efficient operations.
• Lead, support and develop the practice teams, fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Maintain compliance with CQC and other healthcare regulations.
• Monitor business performance, KPIs and targets, driving continuous improvement.
• Enhance patient engagement and satisfaction through excellent service.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of practice staff.
• Collaborate closely with clinical teams to uphold exceptional standards of care.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Practice Manager or in a comparable leadership role within healthcare or dentistry.
• Strong understanding of CQC and healthcare compliance standards.
• Confident leader capable of motivating and developing staff.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
